Job Summary: About the Role & Team As a UX/UI Design Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic team of experienced designers, working on products and experiences that support our shows and movies. Key Responsibilities: Design innovative and visually appealing UX/UI solutions that meet the needs of cast members and audiences Collaborate with expert UX, UI, and XR designers to develop skills and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies Manage projects from concept to completion, using UX foundational principles to design experiences that are user-centered and effective Use brand and visual design guidance to advise UI and ensure consistency across all digital experiences Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results Troubleshoot design issues and come up with creative solutions that meet the needs of users and stakeholders Build and maintain Studio Technology's design system in partnership with the team, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all digital experiences Adhere to the product design process, including requirements gathering, group brainstorms, and technical/competitive research Analyze and apply emerging design, technological, or cultural trends to app websites and digital experiences Essential Qualifications & Skills: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a focus area of study in Graphic Design, UX, or HCDE, as well as proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You'll also need to have a solid understanding of design systems, excellent visual and design skills, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methods. Additionally, you'll need to be a champion for documentation and prioritization, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
