Job Highlights Company: Workwarp Location: Remote Position: Wayfair Virtual Administrative Assistant Compensation: Competitive salary ($20 - $30/hour) Start Date: Immediate openings available Work Hours: 8 hours/day, full-time Industry: Private Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Administrative Assistant at Wayfair, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Proactively managing schedules with the ability to plan and prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, collaborate with other colleagues, and stay ahead of the curve to maintain efficiency Handling travel arrangements (international and domestic) and making regular updates on a case-by-case basis Managing leaders' expenses and ensuring timely reimbursement Scheduling and coordinating multiple weekly and ad-hoc meetings Communicating with key internal and external contacts in a professional manner Representing the team in a positive and professional manner to individuals outside the organization Supporting various company events and initiatives Acting as a backup for other Administrative Assistants as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications) 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment High level of proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (calendar, mail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet) Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to be self-assured and provide push-back when necessary Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and circumstances before they are fully developed High level of discretion relating to confidential information Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with Wayfair's products and services Knowledge of other productivity software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana) Certification in administrative assistance or a related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wayfair, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
