Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental properties, including: * Guest and reservation management: You'll be the primary point of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. * Virtual property management: You'll work closely with our property owners and managers to ensure that our properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guests. * Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You'll be responsible for coordinating with our cleaning teams to ensure that properties are cleaned and ready for guests, as well as scheduling and managing our cleaning staff. * Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner: You'll be the go-to person for resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, from minor complaints to major concerns. * Processing reservations and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods: You'll be responsible for processing reservations, answering questions about our properties, and providing information about the neighborhoods and local attractions. **Key Responsibilities** * Guest and reservation management: + Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + Resolve guest issues and concerns in a supported throughout their stay. * Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP: We expect our Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to resolve all guest issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests feel satisfied with their experience. * Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher: We expect our Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, demonstrating their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience * 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience * Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours * Experience with Airbnb customer service * Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed **Additional Skills and Qualifications** * Tech-savvy: You'll need to be comfortable working with technology and able to learn new systems and platforms quickly. * Strong verbal, written, and reading of the English language: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with guests, property owners, and managers, as well as read and understand written instructions and policies. * Extreme attention to detail: You'll need to be able to pay close attention to detail to ensure that all guest issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. * Outstanding customer service: You'll need to be able to provide exceptional customer
