Job Overview The Virtual Assistant and Short-Term Rental Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. This includes platform management, guest communications, housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, and addressing guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in the vacation rental or hotel industry, and be available to work during normal U.S. business hours. Key Responsibilities Guest and reservation management: Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations, and provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods. Virtual property management: Coordinate with housekeeping staff, schedule and manage cleaner appointments, and ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards. Guest issue resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues within 3 hours or ASAP. Communication and coordination: Liaise with guests, housekeeping staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
