Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are essential to our guest services and operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional support to our guests through clear and effective communication, ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Screening potential guests to ensure that they meet our criteria and are a good fit for our properties. Responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to craft comprehensive and personalized messages that reflect our brand. Resolving guest issues on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott, and escalating complex issues to management via Slack as needed. Writing and responding to guest reviews on various platforms to maintain our high standards of service and achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status. Reporting maintenance and damage issues to our operations team via Operto Teams, and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement. Building, managing, and reporting on in-house maintenance labor, and assisting with the onboarding of accounting systems. Developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak clearly and professionally on the phone, using a VoIP system to interact with guests and vendors. Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, or a similar property management system. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, and the ability to leverage them for comprehensive guest messaging. Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with perfect English and grammar. Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and time management. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Knowledge of business financials and accounting principles, with experience in assisting with accounting system onboarding. Familiarity with 3rd party vendor relations and tertiary market management. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on achieving high standards of service and quality.
