Job Description We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in a full-time, remote capacity. As a Virtual Assistant - Executive Support & Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, client interactions, and executive tasks. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's communications, including managing emails and responding to inquiries. Coordinate and maintain the CEO's schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are prioritized effectively. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives. Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of client information and sales progress. Research prospective clients and partners, providing insights and recommendations for outreach. Facilitate follow-ups on sales and partnership leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication. Organize and manage virtual events or webinars to engage with clients and stakeholders. Support internal operations by liaising with other departments on behalf of the CEO. Essential Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a sales/client engagement role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools. Advanced proficiency in calendar management, email organization, and project coordination. Self-motivated and highly reliable, capable of working independently in a remote setting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the CEO's needs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with a CEO or senior executive. Knowledge of background technology screening industry. Experience with virtual event planning and management.
