Key Responsibilities As a virtual assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Providing exceptional guest relations and customer services, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilizing AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to leverage comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers Screening potential guests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Marriott Communicating and escalating issues to management via Slack, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through outstanding guest support and services Writing and responding to guest reviews on various platforms, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency Reporting maintenance and damage issues to operations via Operto Teams, ensuring prompt attention and resolution Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, managing and reporting in-house maintenance labor Assisting with the onboarding of accounting systems, utilizing knowledge of business financials and accounting principles Building and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors, ensuring effective tertiary market management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and grammar skills Ability to speak clearly on the phone and utilize VoIP technology to communicate with guests and vendors Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, or similar property management software Deep familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and ability to leverage them for comprehensive guest messaging Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with a strong commitment to shift availability (Thursday & Friday 3pm-11pm CST) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer services, guest relations, or a related field Knowledge of business financials and accounting principles, with experience in onboarding accounting systems Experience with 3rd party vendor relations and tertiary market management Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield, or similar software and systems Ability to work overnight shifts (11pm-7am CST) on a part-time basis, for the right candidates Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and team members Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Proficiency in AI-powered tools and software, with ability to leverage technology to enhance guest experiences and services Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
