Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing guest communications, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Coordinating housekeeping services, arranging amenities, and ensuring that properties are clean and ready for guest arrival Processing reservations, providing accurate information about properties and neighborhoods, and ensuring that guests have a smooth check-in experience Utilizing multiple technology platforms to manage properties, communicate with guests, and coordinate with internal stakeholders Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues with a high sense of urgency Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and drive growth Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry 2+ years of experience in vacation rental customer service or hotel operations Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours (flexibility to work remotely) Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Airbnb customer service and platform management Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment Conflict resolution experience Success Metrics As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, your performance will be evaluated based on the following key metrics: Maintaining a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour) Resolving all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP) Contributing to a review rating of 4.8 or higher What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation, teamwork, and growth.
