We offer full-time positions with a schedule of 40 hours per week, with two days off and the possibility of working one day on the weekend. Responsibilities As a virtual assistant at blithequark, your responsibilities may include: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the appropriate person Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail when necessary Logging phone calls and documents into our online document management system Assisting office staff with clerical duties, such as faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files Maintaining frequent communication with clients and answering their questions Obtaining insurance coverage information in a timely manner Following up with medical treatments and ensuring proper care Obtaining medical provider records and bills Communicating with insurance companies on treatment status and updating adjuster information on the system These responsibilities may vary depending on the department you're hired for, but all virtual assistants will be expected to be proactive, resourceful, and committed to providing exceptional support to our team and clients. Qualifications and Required Skills To be successful as a virtual assistant at blithequark, you'll need: To be punctual and committed to working overtime on occasion To speak English and Spanish fluently To have solid written and verbal communication skills To be a self-starter and multi-tasker with the ability to work independently To have a reliable computer (Desktop or Laptop) with a Core I5 processor or above, 12 GB of RAM, and at least Windows 10 installed To have a USB noise-cancelling headset and a webcam for daily meetings and huddles To have a stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 35Mbps and upload speed of 15Mbps We're looking for candidates who are motivated, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
