Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting clients and other counselors via phone, email, and online platforms with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Proactively identifying solutions to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction Adopting an engaged approach to resolving each issue, owning it from start to finish or escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment Assisting with responding to client inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as needed Furnishing our clients with technical support while navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com Serving clients in a timely manner to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them Recognizing that every communication is an opportunity to build a lasting relationship, rather than just resolving a single issue Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must: Currently reside in the state of Utah Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices Have experience multitasking with phone and computer skills Have a dedicated broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload Be able to adjust your schedule regularly (every 6 months), with a 2-week notice period Be able to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete attention to the client during work hours Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ years of significant phone or email customer support experience Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Experience working in a customer support or call center environment Experience working in a healthcare setting Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards Demonstrated ability to work as a team player Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
