As a Virtual Customer Chat Analytics Assistant, you will enjoy: Full flexibility: pick your own shifts and work at times that suit you best No phone calls, no video chats – messaging only, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional text-based support Weekly pay with reliable direct deposit, ensuring you receive your compensation on time Entry-level access with full training provided, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection, enjoying the freedom and autonomy of remote work Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A laptop or desktop computer with Chrome browser installed, ensuring you have the necessary tools to perform your duties A stable internet connection (10 Mbps minimum), allowing you to work efficiently and effectively Typing speed of 45+ WPM, enabling you to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Fluent written English and basic tech comfort, allowing you to communicate clearly and navigate our systems with ease Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows, demonstrating your self-motivation and discipline Compensation & Scheduling We offer a competitive compensation package, with a starting wage of $25/hour. You will be eligible for $30–$35/hour after 30 evaluated shifts with strong QA performance. You will have the flexibility to schedule shifts weekly based on your availability, with morning, evening, overnight, and weekend blocks available. We require a minimum 15 hours per week commitment, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Training & Onboarding We are committed to providing you with the necessary training and support to excel in your role.
