Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a range of platforms and tools to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective data organization. As a Virtual Customer Service Lead at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including Google Drive, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and custom-built backend sites. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new technologies quickly will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers and drive success for our team. Key Responsibilities Manage Google Drive and Docs to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Utilize Helpscout to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Organize and manage data within Kajabi (or similar CRM platform), ensuring seamless integration with other tools and systems Configure and manage Zapier to automate workflows and enhance productivity Learn and manage a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by the client Oversee Apple Connect and Google Play Console, focusing on App store management and optimization Coordinate Test Flight (App testing) to ensure high-quality customer experiences Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in project management and/or customer service leadership, with a proven track record of success Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Drive, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other relevant tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner Self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed Residence in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working as a virtual assistant or in a remote customer service role Familiarity with custom-built backend sites and App store management Experience with project management tools and software Certifications or training in customer service, project management, or related fields Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
