Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer experiences to consumer card members through phone interactions, ensuring that all customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Utilize superior call handling skills to provide the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) to card members, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Utilize MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to document customer interactions, track metrics, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for resolving customer issues and addressing service situations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong sense of dependability, self-motivation, and adaptability. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work 24/7 and rotational shifts, including night shifts. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a virtual customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
