Your primary goal will be to consult with families, explain the options available, and help them select the best plan to fit their needs. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and expert guidance on our benefits solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences * Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible solution * Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to meet their evolving needs * Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring seamless service delivery * Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and compliance **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a remote or virtual environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results * Ability to think like an entrepreneur, with a creative and innovative vision, and hearing insurance plans * Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively * Experience working with clients in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote communication and collaboration best practices * Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as Certified Customer
