Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues. Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by providing exceptional support and service. Work in a high-energy environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and expectations. Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
