Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the freedom to work independently as a 1099 contractor, enjoying the benefits of our tools, branding, and support. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit remote contractors who are seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business. We will provide you with comprehensive online training to ensure your success in this position. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will spend approximately 80% of your time making outbound calls, including follow-up inquiry calls and simple call-backs. Key Responsibilities Recruit remote contractors who are qualified to become new mobile notaries or existing mobile notaries who sign up for our notary business services Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence Post 250 new job ads per week online to free classified ad sites Utilize strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to achieve your goals Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own internet, computer, telephone or cell phone with unlimited long distance, and home office setup Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be very upbeat, friendly, and detailed Strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done Ability to complete and pass a felony verification check Reliability and self-motivation to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in recruitment or sales, particularly in the notary services industry Familiarity with online job boards and classified ad sites Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
