Role Overview As a Warehouse Operations Associate at Workwarp, you will be an integral part of our warehouse team, working collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals and ensure a smooth workflow. Your key responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also be responsible for operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and accurately recording inventory transactions. Key Responsibilities Receiving and Inspecting: Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, ensuring that goods meet quality standards. Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all items are stored properly and can be easily retrieved. Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Shipping: Prepare and verify shipping documents, and ensure orders are correctly labeled and ready for dispatch. Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; adhere to all safety and operational policies and procedures. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner. Documentation: Accurately record inventory transactions and maintain up-to-date records of stock levels. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Skills: Basic computer skills are required, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds and stand for extended periods. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role.
