As a Web Chat Support Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing seamless online support to customers and driving revenue growth for our dealer clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Web Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for: * Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries. * Delivering precise information regarding products and services via chat interactions, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. * Scheduling appointments by discerning customer needs, providing a seamless experience for our dealer clients and their customers. * Cultivating and updating a knowledge base reflecting our constantly evolving products and services, ensuring that our agents have access to the latest information. * Recording customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up, enabling our dealer clients to nurture leads and drive sales. * Summarizing chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation, providing valuable insights for our dealer clients to improve their online presence. **Required Skills** To succeed as a Web Chat Support Agent, you will need to possess: * Exemplary customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and provide exceptional support to customers. * Strong decision-making and analytical acumen, enabling you to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions. * Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. * Basic proficiency in internet and window-based computer applications, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools with ease. * Fast typing skills, ideally at least 35 WPM, with the ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously. * Ability to multitask effectively, with gaming experience viewed as advantageous, enabling you to stay focused and composed under pressure. * Positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support. **Qualifications** While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, it is not mandatory.
