Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes in the US. This is a unique opportunity to work weekends only, with a start time of either 2 PM or 5 PM EST. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns. Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance to our organization. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment and effective communication skills to resolve issues and turn negative experiences into positive ones. Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best possible experience for our customers, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to navigate our systems and tools with ease.
