Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service experiences to our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, ensuring timely and friendly responses. Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Record detailed notes of customer communication and maintain real-time communication by keeping inventory volumes current. Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner that demonstrates their value. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, and collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment. Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities, with a willingness to work a customer service schedule based on high-volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry. Essential Qualifications Clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with self-motivation and strong communication skills. Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization. Experience with a multi-line phone system and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing. Upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain the reputation of blithequark and any assigned clients. High School diploma or GED required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity. Must be at least 18 years of age, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a remote work environment, with proficiency in using technology to communicate and collaborate with team members. Familiarity with the restaurant/hospitality industry, with knowledge of high-volume days and times. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used in customer service environments. Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or related fields.
