Key Responsibilities Deliver groceries and other items to our customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our 10-minute delivery promise is met. Provide exceptional customer service, embodying the face of our brand and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Operate a Flink electric bike safely and effectively, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Work collaboratively with our team to achieve delivery targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize your excellent communication skills in English and/or Dutch to interact with customers, resolve any issues that may arise, and provide feedback to the team. Maintain a clean and organized appearance, adhering to our brand's standards and guidelines. Participate in training and feedback sessions to continually improve your performance and contribute to the growth and development of our team. Essential Qualifications & Skills To excel as a Delivery Rider with Flink, you must: Be at least 16 years old. Possess the legal right to work in The Netherlands. Demonstrate effective communication skills in English and/or Dutch, both verbally and in writing. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances. Show a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and embodying our brand values. Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a delivery or customer-facing role. Familiarity with bike delivery operations and safety protocols. Knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently. A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
