Job Overview As a Workday Sales Executive at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your expertise in Workday technology and your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential in delivering value to our clients and driving sales success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Solutions Architects and other Subject Matter Experts to share market insights and bring the latest knowledge to the sales process and product solutions Achieve individual sales quota for the fiscal year by setting and executing a sales strategy for assigned deals, developing Sales Win and Deal close strategies, and providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports Collect and communicate market intelligence on products/services, incorporating it into the sales client planning process, and coordinating with internal departments to identify opportunities Participate in account planning with SAEs/CSLs and CDS Sales Executives to expand or develop relationships and identify new opportunities Identify customers' needs and provide strategic value propositions, including potential product solutions, service fits, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models for identified target markets Manage overlays involved in the demo stage, finalize solutions scope, and run the contracting process from a scope and solution point of view Provide input on pricing decisions to maximize profit margins and utilize sanctioned tools, including Salesforce.com, to optimize sales performance Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities by selling value over price. You should have a deep understanding of Workday technology and its applications in human capital management, payroll, and financial delivery and solutions. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of direct selling experience, with demonstrated sales success in cloud software and/or solution architect experience in Cloud solutions Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees Experience with Workday deployment and optimization sales Higher level of education or equivalent experience Exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level Ability to manage multiple, complex sales processes simultaneously and impressive internal and external communication skills Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding existing customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion Experience working with clients on the West Coast Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other sales tools and technologies Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $128,100 to $203,300 per year, depending on experience and performance.
