Expert Medical Services Coordinator (Remote IL)
Pay Rate: $20/hr Long Term Temp role to start with a high possibility to extend based on workload and performance. Shifts: There are a range of 1st and 2nd shifts available. Start: November 4th INBOUND Qualifications • We are a 24/7/365 inbound call group that needs to be available when our members need us even on the holidays • 3 years of direct customer service experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities • You are the first line of contact for members and must make each contact exceptional • Gather information to determine member eligibility and appropriate course of action • Document within and navigate multiple internal computer systems while providing exceptional quality • Document key information clearly and concisely on customer account and the company's software system regarding information provided, received, or action taken • Comply with all applicable compliance regulations (i.e., HIPAA), organizational policies and procedures Apply tot his job
