Facebook & TikTok Ads Specialist for Ecommerce Scaling (CPA + Creative Testing)
We’re an established ecommerce brand in the health / FMCG space, currently running paid social and looking to scale profitably without blowing up CPA. We’re not looking for branding, awareness, or “content marketing.” This role is strictly direct-response paid social focused on purchases. Platforms Facebook & Instagram Ads TikTok Ads What we’re hiring for We’re looking for a performance-focused paid social marketer who understands how to: Drive ecommerce purchases (not leads) Stabilize and reduce CPA while scaling spend Build and manage structured creative testing systems Identify winning creative angles and scale them efficiently Maintain performance as creative fatigue sets in What matters to us Ecommerce conversion optimization CPA / CPO control at scale Creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, iterations) Data-driven decision making, not guesswork We already have a real product, existing ad data, and baseline traction. The focus is improving efficiency and scaling what works, not starting from scratch. Important notes We do not provide immediate access to our primary ad accounts. Initial work may be done through a structured test phase, shared reporting, or sandbox-style setup before full access is granted. Transparency around results, testing methodology, and learnings is required. Regulated products We sell regulated products, so ad copy and creative claims are restricted. Experience with health, wellness, or other regulated ecommerce products is a strong advantage. Engagement structure This will start as a test phase. If CPA targets are hit consistently and performance is stable, this can turn into a long-term engagement.
