THE ROLE: FloSports is currently looking for a Global Partnerships Intern to work as part of our Global Partnerships Team to help support relationship management, drive continued growth of our streaming rights partners and assist in the execution of our partnership agreements. This role will work closely with the Global Partnership Managers to collect necessary data, manage partnership metrics, coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide overall client service support. This role is based in Austin, TX and reports into a Director, Global Partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely and regularly with a team of Global Partnership Managers and a Global Partnership Director Assist in event data collection from partners and communicate effectively to ensure data is complete, analyzed and shared to meet deadlines Understand and contribute towards exceeding department and partner goals Work with other members of the Global Partnerships team to set up kick-off calls and associated documentation Assist in creating season end close outs to build on successes and bring feedback to teams to drive improvements across the company Evaluate current processes, propose and implement adjustments that will improve efficiency, and measure success of all changes implemented Ensure processes are clearly documented, socialized and adopted Possible occasional travel for in-person meetings, trainings and/or to support partner events KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the flexibility to comfortably navigate ambiguity Demonstrate ability to find solutions both independently and in collaboration with internal teams and partners Experience with commonly used software within the department (Salesforce, data analytics tools, Excel, Google Sheets) Sports knowledge and experience within sports industries are plusses OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY: FloSports exists to elevate the communities, athletes, and sports that have too often been overlooked.
