Day to day responsibilities: Traveling to onsite locations where they will be handling the hardware deployments within these acquired insurance agencies, making sure it’s functional Laptops, monitors, docks, etc. Printing and scanning configurations for new printers and scanners Maybe some software troubleshooting as well This person will be the representative for HUB, interacting with the agencies, and will be the go-to person for any issues during go-live events Some network support, working hand in hand with the vendor handling the implementation Site assessments (this is separate from going out and doing the deployments) Early out in the acquisition process, traveling out to the offices and capturing what the current set up of the agency is. Taking pictures of the current state of the offices Going through checklist Uploading this documentation to HUB’s SharePoint Administrative work including: Uploading the pictures and documentation gathered to the site Being involved in the planning and solution building process Providing insight on any issues or risks on how they will be executing the plan Requirements : 7-10 years of experience. Hardware installation, break/fix experience. Low voltage cert (LVD Cert), or experience (network support, i.e. a network jack needs to be swapped out). Experience with cabling tools, i.e. Crimping Tools and Toning Tools. Strong documentation creation and management, administrative skills, building documentation for processes taken. Associate’s degree in IT-related field. Pluses : Customer service experience. M&A experience, understanding of M&A processes. A+ Certification. Alarm System Knowledge, A/V Installation, Low Level Hardware. QA for documentation they will be building/maintaining.
