Job Description Summary The Field Inventory Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the consignment inventory program. This position partners closely with Consignment Account Managers (CAMs) and the sales organization to ensure accurate reporting, resolve inventory discrepancies, and drive overall consignment productivity. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support strategic inventory initiatives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with CAMs to resolve consignment-related issues and discrepancies, including investigating and reconciling product variances with sales teams and customers. Manage the consignment dispute process to ensure timely resolution while supporting consignment closeout activities to maintain clean and reconciled inventory. Review and validate weekly consignment reports from the CAMs, analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership, presenting findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between CAMs, sales teams, and customer contacts while supporting strategic initiatives to improve consignment efficiency and accountability. Minimum Requirements: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, or similar tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of experience in inventory management, data analysis, or related roles. Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
