Field Sales Representative-Energy Drink Brand

About the Role We are a wellness-focused energy drink brand looking for an outgoing, motivated Field Sales Representative to help expand our footprint throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. This is a boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys relationship-based selling, and isn’t afraid to hear “no” while building something meaningful. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage relationships with: • Grocery chains and independent grocers • Health food stores and wellness franchises • Fitness studios, gyms, and supplement retailers • Farmer’s markets, food vendors, and local events • Introduce and educate buyers and vendors on our energy drink and wellness positioning • Secure new retail placements, pop-ups, tastings, and ongoing accounts • Conduct in-store demos, sampling events, and field activations • Track outreach, follow-ups, and sales progress • Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically in the field Must-Have Qualifications • Existing relationships or proven experience in one or more of the following: • Beverage, energy drink, wellness, or supplement industry • Grocery chains or independent grocery accounts • Health food stores or wellness franchises • Farmer’s markets, food vendors, or local event sales • Experience with wellness, supplement, or functional beverage sales/marketing • Comfortable selling in person and handling objections with confidence • Willingness to hear “no” and keep going with a positive mindset • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality • Ability to work independently and self-manage in a startup environment • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the territory Location & Travel • Must be local to Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Diego • Willing and able to travel throughout Southern California as needed What We’re Looking For • A true relationship-builder who enjoys face-to-face sales • Someone who is scrappy, motivated, and excited to help grow a brand from the ground up • A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement Why Join Us • Opportunity to grow with an emerging wellness energy brand • High visibility and impact in a startup environment • Flexible structure with room for growth as the brand scales Apply tot his job
