This position will report within the Field Service – Supervision & Efficiency group. The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to deliver efficiency in partnership with the WM Platforms and Technology organization. The candidate will play a key role in creating widespread efficiency that enables a shift in capacity towards higher-value clients and business-focused activities. We are seeking a candidate who is energized by the opportunity to drive transformative change at scale. The candidate will help drive initiatives that modernize business processes and deliver technology solutions that redefine how work gets done. Primary Responsibilities Include Serve as a subject matter expert of the Field Service organization in design and development discussions with platform and technology partners, providing expert insights and guidance. Champion the identification of opportunities for efficiency improvements within the field. Leverage strong relationships developed through branch visits and virtual meetings to advocate effectively on behalf of the field. Lead the collection of feedback on initiatives and develop strategies to enhance engagement and adoption of new tools as they are implemented. Spearhead critical strategic change initiatives, working closely with platform and business partners to ensure successful execution. Establish and implement standards for measuring success, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), to track progress and outcomes. Play a critical role in partnering across various Client Segment Group Business areas to collaborate and deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that benefit the broader organization. Identify and elaborate on critical use cases and business processes that require innovation. Ensure alignment with the organization's vision and goals while addressing essential user and business needs. Skills Required Must be highly motivated and an independent leader with a strong work ethic Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication and story-telling skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and apply problem solving skills Able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives Ability to simplify and communicate complex subject matter Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management field branches, consulting or careers where a similar skill set is developed and demonstrated. Bachelor’s Degree required. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile or application development methodology for technology projects is a plus. Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI and/or Generative AI solutions a plus. Experience delivering enterprise workflow and intelligent automation solutions a plus. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
