Financial Advisor - Remote
This is a unique worksite-based financial advising and retirement planning role serving employees within the Pennsylvania education system. You will operate in a protected territory with warm, endorsed access to school districts and centers of influence - no cold calling required. Advisors build relationships, present to large groups, and meet individually with clients seeking investment, retirement, and insurance guidance. Location: Fully remote but must reside in Pennsylvania Compensation: $50,000 starting salary + 63% commission; uncapped earnings with typical total comp of $60K (Yr 1), $75K (Yr 2), $90K (Yr 3), $130K (Yr 4), $200K+ (Yrs 5–6); benefits and PTO included; transitions to 100% commission as a 1099 after Year 2. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Finance or related preferred); must have or be willing to obtain required licenses (SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63/66, and PA Life & Health).
