FinTech Instructor
Company Description Fintech Scholars is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a student-led academy that redefines finance and technology education. We offer free, cohort-based programs where students acquire real-world finance and tech skills through peer-led instruction, interactive workshops, and a capstone project with a final assessment. Beyond the classroom, members participate in clubs, competitions, and a vibrant, collaborative student community from high school to college, empowering the next generation of leaders in finance and technology. Role Description This is a volunteer remote role for a FinTech Instructor. The FinTech Instructor will be responsible for delivering course content, guiding students through interactive workshops, and supporting students in completing their capstone projects and assessments. Additional responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, facilitating discussions, and providing mentorship and feedback to the students. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and expertise in finance and technology • Experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in peer-led or interactive learning environments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment • Proficiency in developing educational content and instructional materials • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting students' growth and development • Experience with remote teaching or online education is a plus Apply tot his job
