Fleet and Logistics Analyst
Job Description: • Coordinate end-to-end vehicle licensing, registration, renewals, and compliance requirements across all fleet assets • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and records for licensing, registration, and compliance activities • Support the transition from external service providers to internal management of licensing, registration, and fuel programs • Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining fleet processes, SOPs, workflows, and governance standards • Provide day-to-day operational support, including helping resolve routine issues as fleet governance practices matures • Work with field operations to ensure timely submission of required documents and adherence to state-specific regulations • Prepare and update dashboards for key fleet KPIs (fuel efficiency, delivery performance, cost per mile, utilization) • Assist with cost analysis for fleet operations, vendor contracts, and fuel programs • Support lease vs. buy analysis and vehicle lifecycle planning • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on cost optimization initiatives and vendor performance reviews • Monitor data trends and recommend process improvements based on data insights and operational performance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required • 1–3 years in fleet/logistics or supply chain analytics • Experience with fleet licensing, registration, compliance, or fuel management preferred • Experience supporting process design, documentation, or operational governance is a plus Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development • Paid time off • Occasional travel Apply tot his job
