Job Description Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting people with essential services? Movitel S.A. is seeking a dynamic Flexible Schedule Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team in Manica Province. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, significantly contributing to our expansion and customer base within the region. This position offers the flexibility to manage your own work schedule, empowering you to achieve targets while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, provided that performance metrics are consistently met. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads for Movitel’s various services, including individual subscribers, small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and community organizations. Your daily activities will involve utilizing various channels such as market research, cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking events to generate a robust pipeline of prospects. You will articulate Movitel’s value proposition clearly and compellingly, initiating the sales process by understanding client needs and effectively communicating how our telecommunication solutions can meet those needs. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently while being an integral part of our sales and marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, passing on thoroughly qualified leads and providing detailed insights to ensure seamless conversion. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and target audiences within Manica Province. • Proactively generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and professional networking. • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline to ensure they align with Movitel’s offerings. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, meticulously tracking progress using CRM software. • Articulate Movitel’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospective clients. • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing comprehensive lead details and insights to facilitate successful conversions. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Required Skills • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales-focused role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. • Strong research and analytical abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment. • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry. • Familiarity with the local market and business landscape in Manica Province. • Experience with digital marketing and social media lead generation strategies.
