This program covers everything from FAA-mandated safety and emergency procedures (SEP) to aircraft-specific duties, medical emergency management, and delivering United's signature customer service. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, resilience, and professionalism. You will work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended international layovers.
