About the position We are Northwell Health, a nonprofit supported by our communities. The Northwell Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3), is our fundraising arm. Philanthropy fuels innovation, empowering us to pioneer solutions and advance care across hospitals, programs, and labs—improving lives everywhere. Performs administrative staff work in support of research and review projects focusing on Hospital policies and procedures and department operations. Responsibilities • Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department. • Assists in studies to objectivity ascertain the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or Hospital operations, policies and procedures. • Assists management in facilitating new programs and/or procedures. • Performs related duties as required. • All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent, required. • Currently enrolled as an undergrad sophomore, undergrad junior, undergrad senior majoring in Philanthropy, non profit management, business, public administration, or related majors, required.
