FP&A Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will take the lead in analyzing and reporting revenue streams that support the ongoing growth of the organization. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role within the finance team, focusing on forecasting revenue performance and providing strategic insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, ensuring that the company remains competitive and financially robust in the market. Accountabilities • Support FP&A deliverables for a $100M+ PE-backed SAAS company • Lead the preparation, analysis, and distribution of monthly revenue reporting • Drive initiatives to optimize revenue through analysis of key drivers • Collaborate with sales and product teams for accurate revenue forecasting • Develop and refine financial models for various types of revenue analysis • Monitor and analyze customer behavior and retention for growth opportunities • Support acquisition-related revenue modeling and integration activities • Contribute inputs for annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning • Ensure accurate revenue and margin allocation by product lines • Prepare detailed revenue presentations for Board meetings and investors • Continuously improve revenue reporting accuracy and timeliness Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or financial analysis • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools • Experience in a Private Equity-backed or SaaS company is a plus • Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Results-driven and detail-oriented with a passion for financial performance Benefits • Flexible remote work arrangement • Opportunity to tackle impactful financial challenges • Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment • Access to continued education and professional development • Performance-based incentives and potential bonuses • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits • Supportive team culture focused on growth and innovation Why Apply Through Jobgether?
