Our amazing finance team is growing, and we’re looking for a FP&A Manager, GTM to join us! The Finance team plays a critical role in driving the company's success, from strategic planning and forecasting to building the financial infrastructure that supports our ambitious, ongoing growth. FP&A Manager is a strategic managerial role that will provide financial expertise and support to the company's CRO and commercial leadership, such as heads of Sales and Marketing. You will translate financial data into actionable insights to drive business performance, reconcile and manage budgets and forecasts globally, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Responsibilities • Partner with CRO and his management team to support CRO tower, develop and implement business strategies, and provide financial input and analysis for new initiatives and market opportunities. • Lead and grow the team of regional business finance partners (supporting regional GMs). • Working with stakeholders in CRO org. and supporting units to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making across regions and business segments. • Work closely with FP&A, C&B, legal, HR team, and others on planning, forecasting, and ongoing alignment around CRO business objectives and meeting Company's OKRs. • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing financial performance against targets, and reporting on trends and insights to CRO and finance management. • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support CRO teams in areas like pricing, sales strategies, and investment decisions. • Identifying and assessing financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing mitigation strategies. • Acting as a bridge (main focal) between the finance departments and the CRO and his commercial teams / leadership, using financial expertise to solve problems, bring value, and drive business growth. Requirements • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • Experience in partnering with sales teams and business executives, ideally with a hyper growth SaaS company. • Strong financial and analytical skills. • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and SaaS KPIs. • Commercial acumen: Understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and the ability to translate financial data into commercial insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate financial information and lead professional discussions with both finance and non-finance professionals. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving: Ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop solutions to support business objectives. • Experience in working with commercial teams and supporting / leading discussions with executive leadership. • Experience with financial systems and software: Familiarity with accounting software, budgeting tools, and data visualization platforms.
