About us Veloura Commerce is a multi-brand e-commerce start-up company building premium children’s play/comfort products. We are planning to build our competitive edge with factory partnerships and operational excellence (RFQs, QC, compliance, logistics). We’re rolling out an Airtable operations hub and Malaysia-based sample testing from factories in China WHAT YOU'LL DO (SCOPE & DELIVERABLES): Build our Airtable ops base: Manufacturers, Vetting Audits, Suppliers, Products/Specs, RFQs, Samples & QC (+ checklist items), Shipments, Costing, Compliance, Brand Registry. Design no-code Interfaces: Sourcing/RFQ board (comparable quotes, validity flags) QC Control Tower (Sample intake, pass/revise/fail) Supplier Scorecards (OTIF/Quality/Cost/Comms/Compliance) Compliance Console (renewals, test expiries) Create a “Malaysia QC Intake” form with evidence standards (video links, file naming). Normalize quotes (EXW vs FOB) and calculate landed cost for Amazon US. Define QC tests & thresholds for PU foam/textiles (rebound time, compression set, seam strength, wash) and a CAPA loop. Establish a factory vetting workflow (USCC, BSCI/SEDEX, red flags) and bank-name match check. Configure Slack automations: QC decision posts, RFQ aging/expiry alerts, CAPA overdue, compliance renewals. Ship 6–8 one-page SOPs + Loom walkthroughs for new staff members PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: China manufacturing sourcing (prefer toys/soft goods/PU foam or adjacent). Airtable power user: linked tables, rollups, formulas, Interface Designer, automations. Compliance literacy: CPSIA / ASTM F963 / EN71, tracking labels, FBA packaging/labeling. Logistics: Incoterms, China→US/Malaysia lanes, working with forwarders & inspections. Excellent English; basic Mandarin is a plus. Able to screen-share a live Airtable you built. Apply tot his job
