We’ve been trading for about four years and have existing accounts that need reviewing, especially in terms of avoiding potential fines and ensuring compliance. What We Need: • In-depth guidance on how to handle and structure our U.S. entity filings, including historical accounts from the past four years. • Expertise in minimizing penalties and ensuring that past filings or overlooked forms are corrected in the most efficient way. • Knowledge of cross-border tax implications between the U.S. and UK, as we have a UK LLP involved. • Ability to provide clear, practical advice on future filings and entity structuring moving forward.
