Full-Cycle SaaS Account Executive (Healthcare)
About the Role Algoricum is a fast-growing AI startup building digital staff for healthcare organizations. We fix the biggest revenue leak clinics face: slow or inconsistent follow-up with prospective patients. We’re hiring a Full-Cycle Account Executive who can prospect, run discovery, deliver our Follow-Up Diagnostic, demo, and close. If you're a hunter who can close deals without a big support team, you're who we want. Responsibilities • Full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → diagnostic → demo → close • Run 10–15 conversations/week once ramped • Show clinics where they’re losing revenue (we teach you the Diagnostic) • Build pipeline from warm target lists • Work directly with the founder — fast collaboration, fast decisions Requirements • Proven SaaS closing experience (must-have) • Strong outbound skills • Excellent communication • Comfort working in early-stage chaos • Healthcare experience is a plus If you need a big team or rigid processes, this isn’t for you. Compensation • $1,500/month base • 20% uncapped commission • Strong AEs earn $4,000–$8,000/month once ramped • Base increase considered after 60 days • Equity available after 6 months Flexible hours.
