The Opportunity: Margin Protection & Uncapped Commission This is a role for an experienced agency Recruiter who knows that speed, compliance, and margin protection are paramount. We demand full-cycle expertise, aggressive sourcing, and sharp negotiation skills. We offer a Base Salary with one of the industry's most lucrative Straight Commission structures, rewarding immediate results without a clawback or draw. I. Core Responsibilities: Compliance, Profit, and Speed The Recruiter will manage the entire candidate life cycle with an emphasis on financial and regulatory knowledge. A. Expert Talent Sourcing & Vetting • Rapid, Resourceful Sourcing: Execute targeted, rapid search campaigns to find and engage passive technical talent for niche IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles. Must be expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and leveraging forums/social media for deep candidate pools. • JD/Resume Matching Mastery: Demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately read a complex Job Description (JD) and precisely match it against a resume/CV, identifying critical gaps and confirming experience quickly to ensure high-quality submissions and low rejection rates. • Speed-to-Fill: Prioritize and execute the recruiting process with urgency, understanding that time-to-fill directly impacts client satisfaction and margin capture. B. Financial and Compliance Literacy (Crucial Requirement) • Margin-Focused Negotiation: Conduct sharp, professional pay rate negotiation with candidates. Must understand the relationship between the Bill Rate and the Pay Rate to guarantee Gross Profit per Hour (GP/hr) targets are protected on every placement. • Contractor Classification Knowledge: Must have a clear, working knowledge of various contingent labor models, including: • W2 (Wage and Tax Statement): Standard employed contractors. • 1099 (Independent Contractor): The legal distinction and risk profile. • Corp-to-Corp (C2C): Understanding the legal entities required. • H1B and Visa Basics: Possess basic awareness of the H1B visa process, limitations, and key compliance terms to efficiently screen candidates and manage expectations during the sourcing phase. C. Professional Accountability • Manage a clean, high-velocity pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Consistently meet or exceed the team's professional standard of 5 full-time placements on billing. Qualifications: What You Will Bring • Experience (Non-Negotiable): 2-5 years of proven, verifiable Full-Cycle Recruiting experience gained exclusively within an Agency/Third-Party Staffing environment. • Financial & Compliance Knowledge: Clear, demonstrable understanding of contingent labor financials (GP/hr, Bill Rate vs. Pay Rate) and contractor classifications (W2, 1099, C2C, H1B basics). • Vertical Focus: Demonstrated success recruiting specifically in at least one of our core verticals: IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing. • Communication Style: A Relational Communication approach that builds trust with technical candidates, avoiding transactional or high-pressure "used car sales" tactics. • Sourcing Acumen: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
