Full Stack Developer (contract)
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise and the ability to contribute across the full development stack. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, with a focus on front-end development using React and Tailwind CSS, and be open to transitioning into a mid-senior or senior full stack role over time. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Tailwind CSS, and NodeJS. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions. • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. • Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of code across the full stack. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment automation. • Demonstrate adaptability and initiative in learning new tools and technologies as the stack evolves. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack or front-end-focused development. • Strong hands-on experience with React, Tailwind CSS, and NodeJS. • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and UI/UX principles. • Experience with ExpressJS for back-end services and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation. • Familiarity with GCP for cloud deployment and Tanstack and Zustand for state management/UI optimization. • Proven ability to work in collaborative, agile environments and communicate effectively across teams. Preferred Skills • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices-based architectures. • Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing large-scale application performance. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.86/hour - $62.29/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
