Full Stack Web Developer - HubSpot Focus

We have been growing, promoting and building tomorrow’s leaders for over 32 years and are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with HubSpot Focus. Responsibilities • Write efficient code by adhering to software development best practices • Conduct quality control checks by testing the functionality of web development projects • Assist in the architectural design, development, and deployment of the HubSpot suite and WordPress websites • Work closely with project stakeholders, to ensure a mutual understanding of expectations, understanding unique requirements and ensuring web solutions align perfectly with business needs • Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization • Design, develop, and implement API integrations between HubSpot/WordPress and external platforms, such as Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Make, and email marketing databases. • Create and maintain custom properties, workflows, automation rules, and templates • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HubSpot platform • Import, export, and manipulate data as needed to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate HubSpot or WordPress with other tools and systems • Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between systems, enabling seamless data flow for targeted marketing efforts. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, and customer service • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis • Training and Support: Train and support HubSpot users within the organization, ensuring they understand and effectively use the platform • Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and best practices and share this knowledge with team members • HubSpot Best Practices: Stay informed about HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously optimize HubSpot's usage • Implement best practices for lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing automation • Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within the HubSpot platform • Optimize websites to ensure the best user experience by looking at speed, security, and mobile • Create website experiences that result in an increase in lead generation and customer acquisition Required Experience: • Stellar WordPress, JavaScript, HubL, CSS, Python and PHP skills • Proficiency in programming using Java, XML, and HTML • Working knowledge of MySQL, DNS, and basic server administration • 4+ years of full-stack development experience • 3+ years building custom themes in WordPress • Experience with Woo or other e-commerce platforms • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within HubSpot and how those modules tie into a broader solution. • Proven experience implementing solutions using the HubSpot out-of-the-box functionalities and custom codes as and when required. • Proven hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the HubSpot ecosystem. • Experience with creating users / setting up permission sets and teams • Experience with Active Prospect / Lead Conduit or similar tools • Proven experience with Data Troubleshooting • Experience with importing contacts in HubSpot • Experience with creating / updating custom fields • Familiarity with the HubSpot app marketplace and basic native integrations • Experience with custom objects in HubSpot • Impeccable attention to detail, quality control, and a good eye for modern web design • Knowledge of inbound marketing best practices • Strong communication skills (Fluency in written and spoken English) • Understanding of performance metrics, such as Web Vitals • Ability to think conceptually and successfully execute a creative vision • Passion to learn and succeed; ability to take well to constructive criticism • Motivation to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced, client-centric business environment • Ability to self-manage and follow directions • Self-awareness • Commitment to integrity and continuous improvement What else do we value?
