As an agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering accurate, compassionate, and professional service on every call. • Please note: These are not sales, telemarketing, gig, or “make your own hours” positions. Schedule Requirements This is a 1st Shift, Full-Time position (40 hours per week). Flexibility is required. Typical Shifts (Eastern Time): • Sunday: 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm • Monday: 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm • Tuesday: 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm • Thursday: 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm • Friday: 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm Additional scheduling requirements: • One weekend day per week (required) • Part of every holiday (required) Pay & Benefits We believe in rewarding great work and reliability. What We’re Looking For Qualified candidates must: • Reside in PA, FL, MD, VA, or WV • Be fluent in both English and Spanish • Have a proven customer service background • Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently • Have a pleasant and polished phone voice • Demonstrate above-average spelling skills • Type at least 40 words per minute • Meet work-from-home requirements, including: • High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) • A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions • Be flexible and able to work the required schedule • (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7a-3p or 8a-4p Eastern.
