Position overview: Blue Orange seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to expand our dynamic multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for building web-based data products and innovative data solutions. With proficiency in cloud-native solutions with at least 1 of the main clouds (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure), the ability to work closely and productively with data engineers and scientists with strong proficiency in the whole end-to-end web product cycle, from ideation to production. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our client’s market data products initiatives forward. The candidate will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Implement a unified CRM and data platform architecture for cross-team workflows and business development. Automation & Workflows: Develop automated workflows and intelligent agents to boost efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and provide timely insights. Data Integration & Quality: Establish reliable data pipelines and integrations for consistent, accurate, and accessible business data. Analytics & Reporting: Deliver self-serve dashboards and reporting with clear metrics and service-level definitions. Scalability & Standards: Prototype solutions, operationalize successful approaches, and define standards for growth and reuse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design to productionize web solutions into practical product-driven applications Leverage managed and serverless cloud offerings to create performant and scalable cloud native application solutions and data pipelines Stay up to date with the latest advancements in web technologies, and explore innovative approaches to enhance them Requirements: Experienced in designing and delivering scalable CRM, data, and automation platforms. Proficient in full-stack development, API and data integration, and event-driven architecture. Skilled in applying AI technologies to streamline workflows and surface insights, with a strong foundation in systems orchestration, data reliability, and operational best practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript is required Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React Self-driven and autonomous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Python backend development Proven track record of successful delivery of software engineering projects Ability to think and learn on your feet, and the ability to quickly become proficient with new technologies in a fast-paced environment Understanding and passion for Test Driven Design Familiarity with ETL concepts and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Passion for web development and technologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 3+ years of industry experience as a hands-on practitioner of software engineering and proven experience with JavaScript and Python. 3+ years of experience with ReactJS 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Experience with various forms of automated software testing Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field Success in productionizing full-stack products Experience with Docker preferred.
