We're currently seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to lead audit engagements and deliver exceptional assurance services across industries such as healthcare, government, manufacturing, and nonprofit. Position Overview As an Assurance Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in managing audit engagements from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients to understand their operations, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about mentoring others while staying ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee audit engagements for clients in healthcare, government, nonprofit, and other sectors • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable standards throughout the audit process • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration • Build strong client relationships by delivering proactive and value-added assurance solutions • Prepare clear, insightful audit reports and client presentations • Stay current on evolving regulations, industry trends, and best practices Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred) • Active CPA license required • Proven experience managing audit engagements in public accounting • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards • Experience in healthcare and government audits is a plus • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
