Fund Accountant
Gen II Fund Services is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, managing over $1 trillion in private capital. The Fund Accountant will be responsible for accounting services including transaction processing, financial statement preparation, and liaising with independent auditors. Responsibilities Cash processing and bank reconciliations Record journal entries Maintain general ledger Prepare and set up workpapers and checklists Prepare financial statements and footnotes Prepare partner capital account information Investor capital call/ distribution processing Liaise with the client’s independent auditors Skills Bachelor's degree is required All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of two (2) days a week in the office and three (3) days remotely A degree in accounting is preferred Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview Gen II Fund Services provides highly customized, client-centric accounting and administrative services to the private equity industry.
