Job Description • Oversee fund accounting operations for private equity funds, including NAV calculations, investor allocations, and expense accruals. • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. • Manage quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, administrators, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards. • Provide technical expertise and support to the team, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. The Successful Applicant • Minimum 5-8 years in fund accounting and financial reporting, with a strong focus on private equity funds. • Manager or above (Senior Manager to Associate Director considered). • Deep understanding of private equity structures, waterfall calculations, and partnership accounting. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred. • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
