Your primary responsibilities will include: * Welcoming and providing access to our clients upon arrival at reception * Taking ownership of the client's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service * Creating innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, building loyalty and enthusiasm for our brand * Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting clients' needs and expectations * Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance our clients' experiences * Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our clients' travel needs * Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate clients' needs and preferences **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers * Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus) * Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions * Exceptional communication skills, delighting the client with every single interaction * Ability to listen to clients' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction * Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions * Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment * Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing clients' experiences * Resourcefulness and ability to utilize the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment * Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient * Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks **Compensation and Benefits** As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly salary range of $20.00 to $22.12, plus bonus and benefits.
