You bring hands-on production experience from shipped games, owning or driving significant features, pipelines, or content areas (such as character pipelines, cinematics, progression features, etc.) on shipped games. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in video game production or development, with at least one shipped title as a key contributor or feature owner (e.g., responsible for a major system, pipeline, or content area). • Demonstrated ownership of significant development pipelines or features (such as character pipelines, cinematics, progression systems, etc.). • Solid understanding of the full game production lifecycle from concept through launch. • Interest in expanding skills in project management, including time, resource, and budget planning for full game production. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage documentation and multiple workstreams efficiently. • Familiarity with production, technical, or design documentation and the ability to evaluate feasibility in your areas of expertise. • Effective communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and synthesizing information for others. • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to take on greater responsibility in production operations. • Passion for gaming and interest in innovative or non-traditional game experiences. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Los Angeles preferred; remote OK.
